Positive: The staff were extremely helpful and very personable! Jack and Tyson were amazing!! The hotel was very accommodating as I needed an ADA room however, one was not available, but they made sure that I had everything I needed to make it accessible for someone in a wheelchair.

Negative: When someone asks about the shuttle the Mayo Clinic they need to make sure that they don’t tell them that it’s wheelchair accessible

Summary: If I had to come back up there for something or to go to Mayo Clinic again, I would definitely stay
