A children's bedroom with a bed (1.35 m), also facing south with a view of the marina and a desk. Large bathroom on the first floor with two sinks, toilet, massage shower and Jacuzzi bath. A third en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Small walk-in shower room on the ground floor with sink and toilet.
