Summary: Limited front desk hours can be frustrating for after hours questions and requests. Paying for AC is a new one for me and I frankly believe that the cost of AC needs to be included in the hotel room price and unlimited during your stay especially during hot summer months. The location is safe and walkable but in a hill. Staff were friendly and willing to work with us.
