Perched on a hill and surrounded by tall trees and native woodlands, this rustic retreat offers stunning panoramic views and overlooks a tranquil, spring-fed dam.
Nearby attractions include Lerderderg State Park, Woodlands Historic Park, Forest Glade Gardens, and Hanging Rock Winery—perfect for day trips and local adventures.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home,"Gem On the Hill," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home, paddocks 4 and 5, and the surrounding forest.
Please note: there is a short 5-minute walk from the parking area to the tiny house. A trolley is provided on arrival to help transport your belongings with ease.

- Our tiny homes are fully off-grid, so please bring portable power banks and conserve energy to avoid running out of electricity. Charge your devices in advance, especially on low-light days.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
