The Treehouse is located at the beginning of the beach's quieter residential section, but still less than a block away from restaurants, bars, and shops. It is across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, with beach access via the convenient boardwalk.
The interior features granite and marble counters, tile and Brazilian cherry floors, solid oak cabinets, and teak, cherry and sinker cypress wood trim. A large walk-in closet separates the master bedroom from the master bath, which offers a bidet and oversized tub with a custom tile surround.
