Positive: The location was good. The room was what I expected.

Negative: The night I checked in I needed to wash clothes. I went to the laundry room and put quarters in the washer which took $3.00 dollars total. I inserted the quarters, and the machine didn't work. I notified the staff, and they were puzzled and didn't know what to do. So, I took my clothes to a local laundromat. I don't know if housekeeping has a policy about which days they service rooms, but I had to notify them twice to service my room during my 7-day stay. There was construction going on downstairs for the breakfast area and kudos for offering breakfast bags or the hotel located next door. The construction took longer than what the signs posted. For example, the signs read the breakfast area will be closed this week Monday - Friday which was the week of 20 -24 Oct 2025. The signs were finally updated over the weekend at the front counter areas but not in the elevators.

Summary: Not the best stay, customers expect more from the Hilton brand, and customer service needs work
