Positive: Good location next to bus stop. Owner doesn't bother you, contactless check in / out.

Negative: Old fashion, outdated facilities. You want to re wash dishes etc. You can buy outdated, old fashion, but when it is not clean... not nice. Not bad, just good to know: apartments has nothing apart toilet paper and fairy for dish, if you come late and or not prepared you might be disappointed. You better bring salt, pepper, shower gel, soap, baking paper, kitchen towels, tea, coffee etc
