Please inform owner about your estimated time of arrival. keys can be gathered in front of the apartment, please note that property has no reception. please contact the property in advance for check-in arrangements. contact details are stated in the booking confirmation, please note that payment through a paypal account is also possible, please note that dogs are allowed after consultation with the owner for an additional fee of eur 8 per day. only three animals are allowed, please note that you are renting the whole house: in the heating period from october to april we charge an additional fee of € 12 per day as a heating flat rate, up to 4 guests we make the beds in the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. we also open the attic room for 5 people or more. please inform us if you would like us to open the attic room for less than 5 people at an additional cost.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, managed by a private host
