A spacious dining area with space for 12 people is integrated. Between the living room and kitchen there is a unique lounge area with pool table and direct access to the small but nice wellness area with sauna. There are 4 bedrooms on the upper floor, two of which are connected with their own shower and toilet rooms. All bedrooms are lovingly furnished and equipped with first-class box spring beds and a 40" flat screen TV.
