Transport between cartagena and the island is not included. please inform the property in advance if you want to use the service for an extra fee, transportation: we leave from the bodeguita dock at 8:30am. attendees must be at the dock between 7:30 - 8:00am, guests must pay the tax at booth number 9 and enter through door number 1. tax value: $20.000 per person (payment in cash. price subject to change), return time - 3:00pm. arrival to cartagena around 4pm, the hotel does not offer hot water serviceplease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
