Guests enter into 2734 Old Forest Drive through the southern front porch. Inside the home, a spacious living area with brand new leather seating, large smart TV, built-in bookcases, and decorative fireplace, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach club and beach. A large dining room with ample seating is a great gathering space for dinner and family game night. The kitchen features new, high-end appliances, is well stocked with ample cookware and serveware, and features three counter stools as well as a table with three added stools.
Off the kitchen area, a second gathering space has another TV and ample seating to watch sports or movie night. This room leads to large back deck overlooking ancient oaks draped over the lagoon. A grill and outdoor seating make it a perfect spot for al fresco dining.
The master suite with ensuite bathroom and bedroom 2 with ensuite bath are located on the first floor. Upstairs, bedroom three offers a new queen bed, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, ceiling fan, TV, dresser, and large closet. Bedroom four features a plush queen bed with new mattress and new pillows, ceiling fan, TV, and large closet. Bedroom five offers two twin beds with new plush mattresses, a smart TV, dresser, ceiling fan, and a large closet.
A large laundry room makes trips to and from the beach and pool easy. The garage is accessible for guests. The home is spacious, clean, and uncluttered. Get your calendars ready because these vacant weeks will not last long.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Single Serve Keurig & Carafe Coffee Maker on site.
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $50 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.
CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions

Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
