The Downs house is furnished with all the amenities: full kitchen with all cookware and utensils, gas grill and propane, washer and dryer, fresh towels and linens, board games, dart board, ping pong table, pool table, corn hole, wifi, smart TV, and Netflix, bluetooth speakers.
