Whether you are looking for family time, a romantic getaway, a guys or ladies get out of town or just time by yourself, you have found your new retreat. Less than a mile to town, you will find why Bemus Point is the hottest place to be on Chautauqua Lake. The shops, restaurants, brewery, golf course all with awesome views of the lake. Lastly...Use of dock is included in this rental. But, if you are looking to dock your boat to the dock during your stay, there will be a small additional charge for that amenity. Some have said that this dock may be the nicest "privately owned" dock on the lake. **PLEASE NOTE: Dock stays in lake long as we can leave it, but comes out of lake prepping for winter.
