The Lower Village Lofts *North* is a newly renovated large studio apartment located in the heart of the action - just steps from Dock Square (downtown Kennebunkport) and 1/2 mile to the beach! This unit features a brand new fully equipped kitchen, all new designer and higher end furnishings, and a custom built-in room divider complete with an electric fireplace, armoire, and 50` smart TV. The bedroom area has a new king bed with luxurious bedding, black out shades, and an additional smart TV.
The Lofts are where style meets luxury, designed with a chic boutique hotel in mind. Rich velvet black out drapes throughout the apartment. A king bed with a thick memory foam pad and higher end bedding, with a noise machine, 2 bathrobes, and smart TV to help you relax to the fullest and enjoy peaceful nights` rest. The living room features a very comfortable and cozy Crate and Barrel couch and oversized boucle chair. The custom built in allows for privacy between the living area and the bedroom, but is also a design feature with live plants, decor, an electric fireplace, a 50` smart TV, and an armoire on the bedroom side. The kitchen is brand new with stainless steel appliances, warm rich butcher block, pots/pans, dishware, utensils, toaster, coffee bar with complimentary accoutrements, and more. The island has storage and very comfortable and sturdy stools for dining. The bathroom has new flooring, toilet, vanity and sink, and has a shower/tub combo. There are toiletries, and other amenities one may need while traveling.
With a number of large windows, enjoy looking out into Dock Square. An excellent and convenient location, just literal steps from a plethora of popular stores and restaurants. The most popular beach, Goochs, is a short half mile away with sidewalks the entire way. The location of the Lofts cannot be beat with everything you could want at your finger tips!
Enjoy all of the festivities of the famous Christmas Prelude right from your door and window! Watch the fireworks from the building or right inside the apartment from the windows. Explore with your special someone for Paint the Town Red - The `Month of Love` in February. A romantic month in town where shops and restaurants alike deck out their spaces with red lights, hearts, fun specials, and all things Love.
There is a fantastic retail store below that sells handmade and custom leathergoods such as dog collars, coasters, key chains, cocktail glasses, and belts. They also offer a “make your own belt” which is very unique and a fun experience!

There is a washer and dryer available upon request only, as it is often used for laundering property linens or may be used by another guest during that time. It is free and located at the bottom of the stairs to the left as you enter the building.

Please note multiple steps are required to gain entrance to the Lofts - approximately 14 interior steps.
There is a common space that is shared with other guests of the Lofts. The entrance is private to those guests of the Lofts only. Once inside your unit, everything is private.
Myself and Matt, along with our spouses all live locally here in town should you need anything during your stay. Don`t hesitate to text, message via airbnb, or give us a call with any questions or concerns.
Lower Village Lofts is the ideal location! Just across the street from the coveted Dock Square, downtown Kennebunkport. The lofts are literally just a few steps from multiple shops and restaurants. A mere mile to the most popular beach in town, Goochs. Park your car in our private lot and enjoy strolling throughout town and all it has to offer!
Free private parking on site. Many options within walking distance - shops, resturants, general store, and the beach a mile away with sidewalks the entire way.

This building, while impeccably located for walkability to all shops and restaurants in the center of Kennebunkport (dock square) and lower village, this also means that it is in the heart of the bustle. The building is on an intersection so there may be some ambient noise. Rest assured there is a sound machine and black out curtains for those lighter sleepers to make sure you still sleep peacefully!
The apartment is outfitted with streaming services only - they do not have regular cable.

Please be mindful that the set up of the Lofts is similar to a small boutique hotel and that there are other guests staying in the other units. We ask that you please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for those guests, and the retail spaces below.
Parking for one vehicle. If traveling with 2 vehicles, please let us know ahead of time.
Each unit is new and has been carefully curated and designed with higher end furnishings, so we appreciate your care of the items and furniture. If items are stained or damaged, guests are liable for replacement. Thank you for your cooperation!
*NO LATE CHECK OUT UNLESS APPROVED BY HOST*. I will always extend early check in and late check out when I am able to. Guest experience is my top priority. That being said, especially in summer months, cleaning schedules and turn around times can be extremely tight, with many other factors at play - other guests, schedules of the cleaner, length of stay of prior guest etc.
**If you do stay past check out without prior approval, you will be subject to the charge of the cleaners during that time period, of which is $45 an hour.**
