Enjoy your morning coffee on your private back deck, spend your afternoon kayaking around the bay, and your evening cozied up by the firepit.
About the space:
This 2 bedroom home has an open concept, double height living and dining room which provides amazing light and water views. Cozy up around the indoor propane fireplace. There are two bedrooms with queen beds. Bathroom has double vanity and standup shower (no bathtub).
Backyard consists of a deck with outdoor dining and lounging. Propane fire pit and string lighting provide evening ambiance.
Located on a bay of the Atlantic Ocean, the property has about 100ft of private rocky beach located about 30ft from the deck, down slightly sloped ground.
Guests can use the 4 kayaks available to explore the bay (shared with neighboring property when occupied).
Enough parking for 2 vehicles.
