Rental Conditions:
Minimum stay of 32 nights.
Pricing adjusts based on the length of stay.
Flexible check-in: Available from Monday to Sunday, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at our office (Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL, 08021 Barcelona). A late check-in fee of €50 (cash) applies after these hours.
Payment Terms:
The first payment will be 30% of the total, made via a payment link (we do not accept American Express).
The remaining 70% must be paid via bank transfer before check-in or in cash upon arrival.
Additional Services:
Travel crib available for €20/day, subject to availability (request at least 24-48 hours in advance).
Security deposit via credit/debit card at check-in. The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Apartment Rules:
No smoking inside the apartment. A fine of €400 and immediate eviction will apply if this rule is violated.
No parties or events are allowed.
The Tourist Tax applicable in Barcelona will be charged.
