Positive: Staff member Mickie was very nice and welcoming.

Negative: The sheets were not clean, the bed had stains on it, and the pillow case had stains on them and dirt. Beds were not comfortable either. Room was supposed to be non-smoking and was super musty and had been smoked in before. Faucet was so loose it felt like it was going to break off of the sink and the shower had mold in the corners.
