Own space and own access. Enjoy the simple pleasures at this peaceful and centrally located timber cottage. Only a 5 minute stroll to Mullum village centre where you can luxuriate at Banya Bathhouse, do laps at the local pool, satisfy your inner gourmet at Mullum Continental or dance to balcony beats at the iconic Middle Pub. Only 7 mins drive to Brunz or 15 mins to Byron for a surf or swim. Hang out in our lush and private garden, soak the private outdoor bathtub and kick back and relax.
This light-filled breezy house redefines inside-outside living. The master bedroom has a queen size bed,
Television and ceiling fan plus lots of cross breeze and light, its own private deck! Second bedroom is super cosy with a queen size bed, library and air conditioning. The kitchen has a dining table for 6 - everything you need for fun nights in. The living room opens up on two sides to bring the outside in complementing the vaulted ceilings and wonderful sense of space. It is appointed with comfy MCM House lounges, and smart TV. The living room opens to a large deck overlooking frog ponds. The garden has a secluded Bali style stone bathtub with hot and cold water. The house has one full bathroom with wet area shower. Laundry is located off the back deck and house.
Due to council restrictions I offer a hosted stay unless the booking exceeds 21 days or book the entire place (3 beds) which I am permitted to do for up to 60 days per year. For this reason the third bedroom has an additional charge. Even when hosted you will have the entire house or studio to yourself (depending on which is booked). I will reside in the other section of the property and no contact is likely or necessary.

Mullum Cottage is perfect for those who want to relax.
I ask you remove your shoes before entering to keep the house clean. It’s a sleepy little neighbourhood so no parties permitted and keep music to neighbour-friendly levels - I can recommend the Middle Pub or Mullum Continental (both a short stroll away) for music and partying.
Front door key also locks the front gate. For your peace of mind please keep this locked when not at home.
DOGS - keep you dogs with you and do not leave them at home alone. Any barking complaints will result in your stay being immediately terminated. Please also consider the wildlife. Keep dogs inside at night to protect the water dragons (plus may protect them from eating cane toads which are deadly to dogs).
