Villa Mar is a brand new house with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with twin bed on top and full on the bottom with a trundle bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. Full kitchen,living room tv, dvd , ipod station, games, movies, dinning room , big porch looking to ocean views, hammac and outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and bathroom,washer and dryer, all linens and towels provided, parking for 2 cars, club house with basketball court, beach chairs, basketball, etc..
