Welcome to your laid-back Folly Beach retreat on the desirable 10th block of East Cooper. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath single level cottage offers the perfect mix of comfort and beach-town character, just 1.5 miles from Center Street’s restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Surrounded by palms and mature coastal trees, the home features a spacious front yard with off-street parking and a relaxed screened porch—perfect for morning coffee before heading to the beach.
Inside, the home is bright and airy with light coastal tones, an updated kitchen with stainless appliances, and an open dining area ideal for gathering after a day in the sun. All of our properties are supplied with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, along with a small supply of coffee onsite.
