Positive: (wife of Michael writing review) The location was perfect. It was near everything that we needed. We didn't have to leave Rodney Bay often to get anything because everything was available to us in that area. The apartment looks exactly as pictured. Cute little space. The lady who we dealt with for the booking (Jeanita) was polite.

Negative: There were a few issues we encountered: 1. We specifically looked for a space with parking available. This place stated that there was parking available. When we got there, we were told that we had to park on the street because of certain circumstances. We don't park our vehicles at home on the street so we were super uncomfortable leaving a rental vehicle on the street overnight. If the booking doesn't have parking available, it should be taken off the listing. 2. The sheets had a musky smell. The first night we had to deal with it because it was late and we couldn't wash it and get it dried in time. The second day there, we went to the grocery, washed the sheets and blankets and layed them on the sofa to dry because there was no other drying option available. 3. The floors were really dusty. We had to sweep the apartment on the first night of getting there. I cleaned the toilet before using it because there was an odd brown stain on the toilet seat. I think more attention should be given to the cleaning before the guests arrive. 4. The curtain in the bedroom isn't blackout so at night, the street light can be seen from the bedroom which is really uncomfortable when you're trying to sleep. When the sun comes up, light comes in the room. It would be more effective with a blackout curtain there as the bed faces the windows. Also, the bed is pretty hard. If you have a back problem, I'm not sure how this will work out for you.
