The setting is wonderfully peaceful – the only thing that may wake you is the sound of birdsong. To make your stay even more enjoyable, you can use a “Trinidad” tandem kayak one day free of charge, perfect for exploring the stunning Bay of Kotor.
The Space
Our apartment, consisting of a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, is part of a detached family home in an exceptional location – right on the seafront and just 45 metres from a large pine forest. A family of three lives in another separate part of the house.
You can enjoy our garden, planted with Mediterranean and exotic fruits, exotic palm trees and dozens of herbal teas at your disposal to prepare a refreshing morning tea. One part of this garden is reserved exclusively for you, where you’ll find an outdoor dining table with chairs and a big parasol, a mini garden kitchen with a gas stove and electric grill and an outdoor shower.
A special highlight is our private stone beach with a lush seaside garden, shaded by tamarisk, palm trees and yucca. Here you’ll find sun loungers and additional seating, along with a stone-slab entrance into the clear and warm bay waters. Your private parking space is also available in the seaside garden, located just next to a small local road that separates the seaside garden from the walled garden.

Our apartment is equipped with mosquito nets on all windows, air conditioning, cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, while the kitchen has all the necessary utensils for preparing and serving meals.
The Area
This microclimate is famous for its unique air quality, which supports deep sleep and relaxation, helps ease respiratory problems, and enhances athletic training. You might enjoy starting your day by rising early to watch the sunrise while the mountain air descends, bringing beneficial negative ions combined with the scents of pine and laurel forests. You can also practise yoga on our grass meadow just 3 m from the seaside, or take a refreshing morning walk.
