Positive: Apartment 41B was clean, had comfy beds and in a good location

Negative: It was advertised as having a hot tub which it does not so I feel like I paid more as I thought there was one. Leavetown acknowledged this error but offered no compensation even though they are obviously benefitting financially from this false marketing. 3 out of 5 bedroom has curtains that didn’t close. One of the towel rails in the bathroom was falling off the wall.Nobody on reception can help you as apparently they have nothing to do with the rented flats. Contacted Leavetown several times via WhatsApp and they never came back to me or came to fix the curtains. The apartments sleeps 10 but the ski locker provided only takes a maximum of 6 so we had to get another locker. Also no Wifi which for a new apartment is ridiculous. Again it didn’t say this when we booked it.
