BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 3-minute walk. From the driveway on Fenwick Drive, head east 3 doors down to Parker Drive, then head north or south about 2 or 3 doors down either way to find a “cut through or road turn” onto Seaview Loop and a choice of three beach paths.
BIKE TRAIL ACCESS: The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway runs through North Litchfield Beach parallel to Ocean Highway 17. Pick up the trail by heading toward Ocean Highway via North Boyle Road or Windover Drive to Trace Drive. Look for the white on blue Bike Path markers.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings.
ATTENTION: Pop Pop’s Beach (4 BR/2 BA) and Pop Pop’s Beach in Summer (5 BR/3 BA) are the same rental home rented at different times of the year. The extra bedroom suite is available in summer and select spring/fall weeks along with elevator use. In the off season when the 4-bedroom portion of the home is rented, the extra bedroom suite (a lockout for occasional owner use) remains unoccupied as a courtesy to renters.
NORTH LITCHFIELD BEACH: Untouched by commercial enterprise, this residential neighborhood is coveted for its relaxed character and uncrowded stretch of sand. In addition to miles of beachcombing, the popular Waccamaw Bikeway passes through this area. Hop on the trail and head north to the fascinating Brookgreen Gardens or Huntington Beach State Park to explore the vibrant estuaries. Head south to shop, find great local dining, and enjoy the Lowcountry vibe. Numerous prominent golf courses are an easy drive away.
