Summary: I come from Mongolia, Air in Mongolia is very dry therefore bedsheet everything is dry. 2 previous hotels prior to Rampart rooms were very humid therefore bed sheets felt like they were damp all the time. To my surprise for some reason Rampart rooms were not humid at all, and bedsheets were dry all the time which was very good and comfortable ! Hotel is bit old, rooms are not much fancy but it was very comfortable. Not far away from Cheolsan station and bus stops convenient location for a very economical price.
