Welcome to our modern kiwi bach. We love staying in our home away from home and would like to share it with you. It is modern, fully equipped and clean. Comfortably sleeps seven - great for fishing, walking, golfing, beaching, watersports or cycling holiday. Located in a quiet private rd, 400mtrs walk to the Estuary or 3 min drive to surf beach. Close to boat ramp. Easy walk to shops, cafes, dining out, golf course and Mangawhai Activity Zone. Ample flat off street parking for cars and boats.

The North facing section means there is sun all day on the house and outdoor dining and BBQ area. The house is warm with a new heat pump. Good sized enclosed yard for the children to play or for entertaining. BBQ, outdoor sink to clean fish of the day, second shower outside. Family friendly private road within easy walking distance the incredible Mangawhai activity zone & skate park and the estuary and close to the Heads and beautiful beaches.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a SUPER KING bed, the second with QUEEN bed and the third bedroom has two 3 SINGLES. All of the bedrooms have black out blinds and the King bed as a ranch slider that opens up onto the outdoor dining area.

- Linen: We provide sheets, duvets with covers and pillow covers at no extra charge, they are washed upon guest departure.
- Tea Towels provided
- FACE CLOTHS, BATH AND BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED.

- The house is on tank water. Please be considerate of your water use.
