Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The property was in a good location and comfortable.

Negative: The property management team were rude and unaccommodating. We requested to extend our stay a day, they were unable to help. Upon leaving, we found the paper parking passes in the car after an hour drive from the property. We offered to overnight them versus turning around. The property management group were extremely unprofessional in the way they handled the situation. We drove an hour back to drop off the passes to be addressed in an unprofessional manner, even yelling as they followed us out to the car. I would not recommend "Carolina Retreats/Vtrips" property management to anyone.
