Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was excellent for exploring Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. The customer service was on point and took care of us quickly when we had trouble with the lock. The unit was very clean and comfortable.

Negative: The lock to the unit was more complicate than just entering a code. The Kuerig coffee maker didn’t work. The unit was full of lamps(4 floor lamps and 3 table lamps-in the living room alone)and fans, probably because there was no over head lighting(except for a ceiling fan light)and no central air conditioning. This wasn’t an issue for us since we were there in October, but could be an issue in the heat of the summer or the dead of winter. The unit patio faces a high traffic area and was a bit noisy at times throughout the day.

Summary: We had a pleasent stay. We thought it was a quirky but nice condo.
