You can easily walk to the numerous restaurants, cafés and shops in Moraira, as well as enjoy paddle tennis, hiking and other outdoor activities. The villa is also within walking distance of two beautiful beaches: Moraira and El Portet. Perfect if you are looking for a holiday home with lots of privacy but, at the same time, close to the main tourist attractions of Moraira.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall that provides access to the dining room, living room and kitchen. The kitchen, recently built and of modern style, is fully equipped and offers state-of-the-art appliances. The dining room is very bright, being close to the access door to the patio. There is also a guest toilet.
From the entrance hall, one can access room #1 and room #4, which has two single beds together, air conditioning and direct access to the patio. Next to it is bathroom #1 with a bathtub.
On the second floor are rooms #2 and #3. Room #2 has 2 single beds together and air conditioning. The highlight of this room is the en-suite bathroom #2, completely renovated with a shower. Room #3, also with air conditioning, has a double bed. Next to room #3 you will find bathroom #3 with a bathtub and shower.
