THE ACCOMMODATION:
This apartment has two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The Master Bedroom features a Double Bed whilst the second bedroom is furnished with a triple Bunk Bed comprising of a Double Bunk Bed and a Single Bunk Bed.
The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is stylishly furnished and has a door opening to the patio garden. The lounge area includes a FLATSCREEN 50" SMART TV. FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet service Provider).
The modern kitchen area is equipped with an INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - COFFEE MACHINE.

The charming patio garden, with table and chairs, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink.

Southbourne is a charming coastal suburb situated on the eastern side of Bournemouth, perfectly positioned between the vibrant seafront of Bournemouth and the historic town of Christchurch. The award-winning Southbourne beach is easily accessed via the Gordon zigzag path or the Fishermans Walk slope, where you will also discover the Victorian funicular cliff lift. At Fishermans Walk itself, families can enjoy a well-equipped childrens playground, a round of crazy golf, or simply relax at the popular Cafe Riva, which sits on the clifftop serving food and drinks. For those who enjoy scenic walks, Boscombe Pier is around a 20-minute stroll along the promenade, while Bournemouth Pier can be reached in about 45 minutes, offering a wonderful way to take in the coastline.
