Newly renovated and thoughtfully redecorated, this second-floor studio features two plush queen beds and comfortably sleeps up to four guests. Designed for ease and island comfort, the space blends modern convenience with relaxed tropical style. Located right on Aliʻi Drive in the heart of Kona, you’re just steps from oceanfront dining, local shops, and some of Kona’s most loved attractions—all easily walkable.
Please note: this is a second-floor unit with no elevator, so guests will need to climb one flight of stairs.
The condo features a private lanai overlooking the pool area and a stunning, mature umbrella tree that creates a peaceful, tropical backdrop, and is home to many island birds.
Guests enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, BBQ, and common lanai spaces, all set within lush, well-maintained landscaping. On-site reception and maintenance are available for added convenience. Parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with a free parking permit provided by the front desk at check in.
As with any tropical destination, nature is part of the experience. You may occasionally encounter insects such as mosquitoes, moths, or other local critters. We maintain regular pest control, housekeeping, and maintenance, and keeping doors and screens securely closed helps prevent insects from entering. This is a residential condo community in the resort area, so you may hear normal neighborhood sounds such as nearby guests, traffic, yard work, or occasional construction. Most of the time, however, you’ll enjoy the relaxing sounds of birds and gentle ocean breezes.
You’re also likely to see local wildlife, including geckos, birds, mongoose, and some friendly outdoor cats that live on the property.
In the evenings, coqui frogs may serenade the area—especially after rain. Many guests find their chorus soothing; for lighter sleepers, simply closing the sliding glass door helps reduce the sound.
