At the entrance of the property you are surrounded by the gentle splashing of the infinity pool. The large terrace offers a cozy lounge as well as a large dining table. Sunloungers invite to linger at the pool side. In the back of the garden a rustic BBQ promises long summer evenings while being enchanted by the twinkling water. The pool – which can be heated in the cooler months – is equipped with a counter current and has a large Jacuzzi area. It’s amazing depth of 4 meters and its large aquarium window allows you to swim by those chilling in the cinema room in the basement.
What amazing views you have from the moment of opening the main door! Step into the hall which broadens to an open plan living area which flows into the kitchen and dining area. The impressive 6 meter ceiling height will inspire you with a further vertical garden and amazing floor-to-ceiling windows. The fully equipped state of the art Bulthaup kitchen leaves no wishes unfulfilled and the dining area is a perfect place to enjoy the meals within the cooler months
The basement is offering a world of its own: You will find a large living area with a breathtaking panorama window to the pool, a private gym area, a bodega and a private SPA with Sauna, Steambath and an indoor Jacuzzi (bookable in winter on extra fee). Relax and regenerate under a twinkling starry sky. The two bedrooms – each with English patio and floor to ceiling windows – come along with marvel bathrooms ensuite and built in wardrobes.
On the first floor – which you can reach with the elevator – you will find another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and direct access to a covered balcony. The impressive south facing Master bedroom has a large open plan bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilette. It opens with floor-to-ceiling windows to a private balcony.
The solarium on the roof top terrace will be one of your favourite spots to enjoy the mornings or evenings! It offers another Jacuzzi, a large lounge area, an inviting Bali bed, an outdoor kitchen and a bar dining area. Surrounded by Mediterranean plants you enjoy seaviews up to Gibraltar.
The house is equipped with Bluetooth speakers and a domatic system. There is secure parking space for 2 cars, aircondition and WIFI as well as – in winter – underfloorheating are throughout.
You will reach the beach within a 2 minute walk, many restaurants and shops are within 5 minutes walking distance. With a 15 to 20 minute walk you will reach Marbella centre or Marbella Club and Puente Romano Hotel.
