No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is allowed outdoors or on designated terraces. A €150 cleaning fee will apply if smoking inside is detected.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
Check-In/Out Times: Please adhere to the scheduled check-in and check-out times.
Late check-in (between 10pm and midnight) incurs a €65 fee.
Arrivals after midnight are only allowed by prior arrangement and incur a €100 extra charge.
Summer Electricity Usage:
In July and August, €100 per week of electricity is included in the rental price. Any additional usage will be deducted from the damage deposit.
