Positive: Nice apartment, very well located, nice pool area, good equipped kitchen, beautiful view.

Negative: We weren’t told all the house rules from the beginning which let to unfortunate and very uncomfortable encounters with security and the owners. To be exactly: we weren’t allowed to use the pool anymore because I went on socks to the lobby once without knowing that it was forbidden and because we once went back from the pool area to our apartment in swim suits. We were not told beforehand that it was forbidden and were treated like we should have known and like it was our fault not knowing about the rules. Expelling us from pool and sauna although we booked the apartment because of it was a very bad experience which could have been easily avoided by being transparent, instead the owner was very rude on the phone. I hope they will be more transparent with the house rules with the next customers.
