Positive: We have been to Bali several times, but this stay at Sumitra Luxury Villas & Resort in Sanur was something truly special. From the moment we arrived, we felt that this was not just another hotel, but a place where people genuinely care about their guests. Thanks to the amazing staff and especially because it was our first time staying at Sumitra, our family trip became unforgettable. The hotel is quite new, and during the first night we noticed a small issue in the initial room related to the new construction. What really made the difference was how professionally and warmly it was handled. Sri, the hotel manager, personally took care of the situation and upgraded us to a beautiful room, turning a minor issue into a fantastic experience. From that moment on, we truly felt at home, away from home. Breakfast was outstanding every single day — fresh, high quality, and beautifully presented. We also enjoyed food and drinks by the pool, all of which were excellent. The atmosphere of the resort is extremely relaxing, peaceful, and refined, yet very warm and welcoming. One of the most memorable moments was on our last day, when Sri suggested and arranged for our family to dress in traditional Balinese clothing, with the help of the staff. This allowed us to visit a temple and pray together, creating a meaningful and emotional experience that we will never forget. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that truly reflects the spirit of this place. If you are looking for a luxury stay with heart, soul, and outstanding service in Sanur, Sumitra Luxury Villas & Resort is an absolute gem. We sincerely hope to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali — especially families. This hotel deserves to be known. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
