This home features 4 spacious bedrooms, a screened porch on the lower level, and a gas fire pit on the upper balcony. Plus, a hammock near the lake for some serious relaxation. The dock features a massive 15x34 slip to fit even the biggest boats and paddle boards. The boat lift in the photos has been removed for the safety of renters boats.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The open concept kitchen in this home is located on the lower level and features gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large breakfast bar with 3 barstools. Theirs is a dining table in the corner of the living area that seats 4.
Living Room
This home features a living area on both levels of the home. Both with couches and flat screen TVs. The lower living area leads out to a screened porch.
Master Suite
The master bedroom is located on the main level and features a king-sized bed, dresser, closet, nightstands and flat screen TV. This room has sliding glass doors that open to the waterfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, shower, and a double vanity sink.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located on the main floor and features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, closet, and sliding glass doors to the waterfront balcony.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is located on the main level and features a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath. This room also has a closet, dresser, and flat screen TV.
Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is located downstairs off the kitchen and features a full sized bed, nightstand, closet and sliding glass door that leads to the screened in porch.
Outside
Outside you will find a private dock located in a no wake cove with a 15x34 boat slip. The boat lift in the photos has been removed for the safety of renters boats. Enjoy floating around the dock without the worry of boat traffic. There is a also a kayak and a paddleboard. In the back yard you will find a hammock next to the water.
**There are lifejackets and beach towels in the upstairs living room closet.

By car we're close to Big Surf Water Park, Seven Springs Winery, Margaritaville, Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park and just up the road there is a conveniently located gas station that has full Deli and Pizza.
