Summary: We noticed that garbage was not emptied in the room, the bedding on one of the beds was very unkempt, like a child made it, the skirting was haphazardly tucked in here and there, there were lumps in sheet under blanket, not pulled up to the top and what looked like light blood stains on bottom border of bedding. Towels and wash cloths could be whitened, they were dingy.
