Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: breakfast was not included but the location was ideal for country walking, seaside visits and the nearby city of Waterford for shopping. Despite the convenience, this was a quiet rural location, and the accommodation was well appointed and had a rustic feel, including a wood burning stove.

Negative: The property took about 24 hours to warm up and the promised starter pack for the stove was not in evidence. These minor faults were soon rectified however.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and soon found our way around the countryside.
