Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property was very well equipped. There were dishes, utensils, paper towels, facial tissue, cleaning supplies, broom, bug spray, trash bags, iron, steamer, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, olive oil, etc. We didn’t see the pantry at first and went out to buy coffee but the coffee was provided. The unit was spacious and we could control the temperature for the most part. I love that it is dog friendly. The area around the property was quiet with areas to walk a dog. There is a giant Kroger under construction directly across the street and when finished will be a great convenience, but could also add some noise and traffic. I would absolutely rent this space again!

Negative: We got ants after the first day. There was very pleasant smelling ant spray available and after one application around the kitchen that night, we didn’t have any other trouble with the ants other than a few here or there. The dumpster for the trash was disgustIng. Other tenants did not abide by the rules and trash was left on the ground for animals to tear into the bags leaving open garbage surrounding the dumpster. It would be best for those who clean the units to let the property owners know (and maybe they have alerted them), so they can hire someone to clean that dumpster area daily. It would be nice to have a shelf in the shower for toiletries even though shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in the shower.

Summary: Great unit with lots of room, amenities and a short car ride to all attractions.
