Inaugurated in 2017, the rooms of Catia, is a design apartment on the 4th floor with lift of a historic building in front of the Santa Maria Novella station. In the city center, a few steps from the monuments and shopping streets, finely renovated and equipped with all comforts, can accommodate up to six people. In addition to the living area, there are two comfortable double rooms and a single plus a sofa bad, two bathrooms with shower one of which is inside a room, TV and air conditioning in all rooms. Entering the apartment, you face the living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa for reading or watching TV on the wall that also satisfies the customer who prefers to sit in the dining area. The open-plan kitchen on the dining area with adjoining a small terrace is equipped with a kitchenette, oven and Nespresso coffee machine (breakfast capsules are provided).

The Medici Chapels and the Church of San Lorenzo with the characteristic market, are literally around the corner (about 100 m), the Duomo is 400 and from here just a short walk to get to Piazza della Signoria and reach Ponte Vecchio. Near the hotel there is a supermarket, countless restaurants and pizzerias, where you can taste the delicacies of typical Florentine cuisine, bookshops, internet point as well as night clubs and discos for your entertainment. In addition to the convenience of the railway line from here the shuttle to the airport and the extra-urban lines for trips outside Florence or to reach the famous outlets.
