Okružena je raskošnim vrtom s mješavinom egzotičnog i dalmatinskog bilja, pružajući pravi mediteranski ugođaj.
Objekt je potpuno energetski neovisan (solarna elektrana i dizalice topline), što omogućuje ekološki prihvatljivo hlađenje i grijanje svih prostorija te bazena.
Vila je u potpunosti rekonstruirana i moderno opremljena u lipnju 2024. godine. Pažljivo odabrani komadi restauriranog namještaja i unikatne umjetničke slike pružaju profinjenost svakom kutku, dok moderna oprema jamči bezbrižan boravak.

PRIVATNOST I SIGURNOST
Cijeli posjed (400 m2) je ograđen visokim kamenim zidom i osiguran videonadzorom (ulaz i parking), što vam jamči potpunu intimu i sigurnost. Unutar posjeda osiguran je besplatan parking za dva vozila. Tijekom vašeg boravka u kući ne borave drugi gosti niti domaćini.
