Positive: Listing was accurately described.

Negative: I requested early check in that was not honored due to “the teams are cleaning the property” however, upon arrival the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped in a while. Literally chips, popcorn and clumps of hair on the floors and steps. Floors and area rugs were dirty and sticky. Dishwasher was loaded and randomly started the first evening we were there. Stains on the bedding downstairs. Cobwebs in main floor. I’d suggest hiring a more thorough cleaning crew. FIX THE STOOLS in the kitchen! All three stools sitting at the island are not fully assembled, barely holding together at the bolts and about to collapse. My husband almost busted his butt when he went to sit down.
