Positive: The best things about this villa are the location, (beach, shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance) the outside space (lots of room and seating with a good size pool) comfortable beds and pillows. Good water pressure in the showers and plenty of hot Water. My favourite spot in the villa was the seating area under the massive palm tree at the end of the garden, great place to chill. Although the villa had some issues they did not impact our holiday and the longer I stayed the less they bothered me because overall this is a great villa in a great location, if they updated it, it would be perfect.

Negative: The kitchen needs to be updated, appliances and utensils are old and worn, poor pressure from the hot tap at the kitchen sink. The bathrooms seem to be in the process of getting upgraded, there's new sink units in both bathrooms, a new shower tray in the en-suite (needs a door instead of curtains) the floor tiles in the shower in the blue bathroom need to be replaced, some are broke and missing. Aircon in the master bedroom leaks sometimes even though we kept it above 20 degrees (recommend by Villa instructions). Sofa could be updated, it's comfy but a bit grubby looking, there was suncream mashed into some of the outside ratten chairs not cleaned from previous guests. Essentials like hand soap for the bathrooms, washing up liquid, dish mop, and a few dishwasher tabs are not provided other villas I've stayed in usually have these and some have a welcome pack with a few basics in it like a bottle of water, wine, cheese and crackers, a few snacks, it's a nice touch.
