Located 1 hour south of Lincoln, NE this beautiful property has much to offer. For the person who loves the outdoors, there’s prime fishing, boating, photographing, walking paths, gardens, & tranquil beauty everywhere. The main house has 3500 sqft with a large wraparound porch. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, an open concept, an updated kitchen, and a first-floor primary suite.
There is an outdoor propane gas grill. Guests should clean the grill after use.
You are welcome to roam the entire estate. Privacy will be respected on the 25 acres but there are three dwellings that are available to guests. You may not bring unauthorized visitors since they are not covered under VRBOs protection policies. Vehicles will be monitored entering the vineyard.
No unauthorized visitors or vehicles are allowed. Parties are not allowed in any dwelling or on the grounds. Boats must be pre-approved. Catch and release of fish from lake only. Smoking is not permitted in any dwelling on the property.
