Experience comfort and style at West 2nd Retreat, a newly built ranch home that blends modern finishes with a cozy, welcoming feel. The open living area features a large sectional, Smart TV, and dining table for four. The kitchen comes fully equipped with new appliances—including an electric range, dishwasher, Keurig and traditional drip coffee pot, and full-size fridge—so you can easily cook and gather with friends or family.
The primary suite offers a king bed, ensuite bath with double vanities, walk-in shower, and spacious closet. Two additional bedrooms include a queen bed and a double bed with double-sized trundle. A second full bath provides a tub/shower combo and a convenient setup for families.
Step outside to enjoy the backyard fire pit with seating for six or relax on the covered front patio with a grill (propane not provided). There’s also a separate laundry room with washer/dryer for guest use.

Please Note:
This newer home sits near the train tracks—occasional passing trains may be heard. The property is also adjacent to a cemetery on one side. Seasonal Lake Erie bugs (like mayflies and gnats) can appear in warmer months and are harmless. A starter pack of toiletries is provided.
For security, an exterior doorbell camera is located at the front entrance. No pets or parties are allowed. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m.
We provide a propane grill for guests to use. However, we do not manage/refill the propane tanks. If you happen to run out of gas, we ask that you exchange the tank at one of the local stores.
