Located on the second floor of a house in the quiet Santa Teresita neighborhood of Ocean Park in San Juan, a short walk to the Ocean Park beach, Barbosa Park, a supermarket and excellent restaurants. And now we have installed an excellent, quiet Electric Solar Power Back up system. If the power should go out, lights, fans and fridge will stay on! Also, to encourage a safe, longer stay, we are offering a very generous monthly discount. Extend your stay! The apartment has three bedrooms, all with a/c, ceiling fans and closets and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private bath. The common area is very spacious with a large, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The living and dining room is an open space well suited for the entire group to gather and/or relax, and now, this area has a new mini-split A/C unit to cool things off after a hot day in the sun. The living room has a large tv with cable and wi-fi internet. Off the living room is a large deck with table, chairs and a bbq grill. This is an excellent place for relaxing in late afternoons and enjoying evening meals.
