Summary: Service was great, breakfast was a highlight too. The hotel rooms are decent and generally clean, but the hotel and rooms are rather pokey and tight. Bathrooms were recently renovated, but the room itself could have more maintenance and attention. Location was convenient to trams, cafes and the city sights.
